The Time to Care Appeal
Lewis-Manning's £2.5 million project to re-build the hospice

It was our founder and benefactor, Marjorie Lewis-Manning's, heartfelt wish that her home be a bedded respite, rehabilitation, and palliative care unit. Now, nearly 20 years after Marjorie left her home in the hands of our two founding trustees, we are well on our way to realising that dream.

The Time to Care Appeal will raise £2.5 million to build a new state of the art hospice to support and enhance our current services. The new facility will include a bedded in-patient unit and a gym for physiotherapy. It will be a completely unique service to the area, providing planned respite, intensive rehabilitation, and emergency access and end of life care beds for those who need them.
