Strollers Reached for the Stars

350 women took part in LMH's first ever Starlight Stroll and raised a spectactular £30,000.

Starlight Strollers

The Daily Echo backed Starlight Stroll has raised a fantastic £30,000 (including Gift Aid) for LMH.  350 women put their walking shoes on for a stroll under the stars along Bournemouth promenade for what was a first time event for the hospice.

Amongst the stars that took part were Brenda Mitchell, Joyce Lowe and Claire Brown who collectively raised £1,660 and were our top fundraisers.

LMH is delighted by the response to our first ever Starlight Stroll and wish to say a huge thank you to everyone took part.  The money raised will help Lewis-Manning make a real difference to the lives of over 600 local people living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

The planning for next year's Starlight Stroll is already underway  - so watch this space!
