Lewis-Manning Hospice hosts its 6th annual conference ‘Integrating Death into Dying’ at AFC Bournemouth.
The conference will focus on end of life care planning and how palliative care healthcare professionals should be able to talk comfortably with patients about death.
The conference will also look at how funeral directors could link in with hospices.
This conference is aimed at all healthcare professionals, funeral directors, student nurses, social workers and anyone with an interest in end of life issues.
