FUNdraising
We receive around 1/3 of our funding from the NHS Bournemouth and Poole, the rest we have to raise ourselves. So in order to provide FREE specialist palliative nursing care to over 650 local people each year, we need to FUNDRAISE!

After our NHS grant we currently need to raise in excess of £50,000 a month to cover our running costs - a figure that is going to grow upon completion of the Time to Care Appeal when we are able to offer overnight respite as well as day care. To raise the funds we rely heavily upon the support and generosity of the local community, fundraising initiatives, legacies, and income from our ten charity shops.
Whether you are an individual, member of a community group, or part of a company, there are many ways in which you can help Lewis-Manning Hospice to raise the funds that enable us to care for local families. From taking part in one of our events, to hosting your own, the possibilties are endless!
