Many local companies work with Lewis-Manning Hospice to achieve their objectives in the business sector, to retain and motivate staff and to demonstrate their commitment to the community of Poole and the surrounding area.

We have a great relationship with local press and can offer you the opportunity to enhance your profile on a local level within the community.

Here are some of the ways in which you can get involved:

Employee Fundraising
Get your employees involved...cake sales, quizzes and raffles are just a few examples. It's great for morale and it shows them you care about your community. Sponsorship
Lewis-Manning Hospice holds several high profile fundraising events each year.  We can tailor-make you a sponsorship package to suit your business's needs, and offer you branding and client entertaining opportunities.

Overseas Challenges
Our overseas challenges offer the once in a lifetime chance for partcipants to achieve something many start off believing they can't. Why not support your staff by offering them bonus days off as an incentive to take part? They will come back from their experience a fulfilled employee, brimming with self confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving is the easiest way to give tax-effectively to Lewis-Manning Hospice. Donations are automaticaly deducted from your gross salary meaning that you only pay £7.80 for us to receive a gift of £10.

Volunteering  
Occasionally we have temporary opportunities at the hospice for teams to help out with  such as painting or gardening projects. We also often need volunteers to help with fundraising. For example bag packing at local supermarkets or street collections in shopping centres. 

Gifts in Kind
We always welcome quality goods to help withour fundraising whether they be items suitable for prizes (bottles/gifts/ experiences) or to be used at the event itself (i.e a gazebo or block of cheddar for our summer fete!)

Networking
Perhaps you would be able to introduce us to your company  contacts and help raise our profile within the business community.

Place a Collection Can
If you have an area in your company where there is lots of footfall i.e. reception or cafeteria, perhaps you would be willing to have one of our cans.
