Leave a gift in your will
As a senior nurse at Lewis-Manning Hospice, I see the impact gifts in wills have on our hospice first-hand.

Over the past year we have been grateful to receive a number of gifts in wills ranging from £500 to £150,000. An £800 gift helped us pay for patient transport for a month. The gift of £150,000 will in effect fund our entire clinical team for nearly half a year. We consider every gift, no matter what the value, an incredible memorial to the person who left the gift and a fantastic surprise for us.
Gifts in wills are a very private matter and we understand that your family and friends come first. If, however, you do choose to leave us a gift, please know how grateful we are for your generosity and that your gift, one day, will help me and my colleagues to give more local people living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses the support they urgently need to adapt and cope with their illness to the best of their ability.
If you would like more information about the hospice, please get in touch with a member of our fundraising team on 01202 701000 who would be delighted to arrange a convenient time for you to come and visit us and learn more about our work.
