Help the Hospices is partnered with The Football League and we have teamed up with AFC Bournemouth to help raise funds and awareness for our hospice.
Join us at the Seward Stadium for a family fun day including children's entertainment and stalls, and then watch the AFC Bournemouth v MK Dons game with discounted ticket prices for families.
A family ticket for two adults and two under 16s is only £25 with £5 going to Lewis-Manning Hospice and two other local charities.
One adult and one child under 16 is £12.50 of which £2.50 will go to the local charities.
Activities start from 1pm, with a match kick-off time of 3pm.
